Our Team
We have an interim Board that was a appointed at the initial meeting to form Northside Community Voices. The Board members have agreed to serve through the early developmental stage of the organisation and then resign in order for a formal vote to elect the Board at the next Annual General Meeting, planned for June 2026. The senior NCV management team includes members of the Board, Convenors of Working Groups and Coordinators of Electorate Teams. We are looking for many more committed people located in all the different areas of the Northside region to join our senior management team .
Current members of the interim Board and Working Group Convenors include:
David Grogan – President, Carmel Tiley – Secretary, Phil Pronger – Treasurer and Convenor Environment WG, Zoe Kemp – Board member and Convenor Communications WG, Will Parker – Board Member and Convenor Housing WG, Harry Audus – Convenor Transport WG.
Our Values
NCV has defined ten values that all Members and Friends of NCV agree to uphold when they join. They are very important to us and we attempt to embody those values in all our decision-making, actions and communications.

Our Origin Story
The current community of over 520,000 people inhabiting the Northside area are just the present-day caretakers in a long chain of people going back millennia. From the First Nations inhabitants of the Kabi Kabi, Jinibara, and Turrbal peoples, through the colonial settlement period to modern suburban residents and businesses, we are part of an on-going chain of people who have valued their connection to, and cared for these lands, natural ecosystems and waterways.
